My Ethos: Fostering Growth and Development
Jasmine Mohidin has been dedicated to fostering individual growth and development throughout her career.
Starting her career in education, her journey transitioned from teaching to training educators and designing curricula to educate the public on the principles of democracy and active citizenship.
A pivotal moment came when she completed her part-time degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. This shift directed her focus toward assisting individuals in reaching their full potential within the workplace. It involved creating and implementing bespoke development programmes tailored to each individual’s needs.
Her fundamental belief centres on meeting individuals where they currently stand and guiding them on their developmental journey.
She emphasises a person-centric approach, placing the individual at the core of her programmes and interventions. Contextualising these initiatives is paramount, ensuring they resonate with each participant’s specific circumstances.
Drawing extensively from her background in teaching and facilitation, Jasmine integrates these skills with her years of practice as an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist.
Through this holistic approach, she aims to support unlocking each individual’s latent potential, creating meaningful and impactful developmental experiences that empower individuals to flourish professionally.
